As a Co-Author of Leaders in Pearls, an assertive WOMAN, devoted wife, Mother of two dynamic boys and owner of Tiana Sanchez Professional Coaching Services, I see dreams differently. My journey started with asking myself three important questions. Where am I now? Where do I want to go? How will I get there? These 3 “must ask” questions will lead you toward your breakthrough! As a known Self-Improvement Coach and Personality Expert, I specialize in assisting women, men and youth in a non-threatening environment to assess their full potential, coach them forward, execute solution-based strategies and follow up with a self-correction process to celebrate successful wins.

The desire to coach and help others access their full potential was fueled with over 15 years of first hand education and experience as a Manager. In order to understand my clients on a deeper level I became a Certified Meyer’s-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. This enables me to customize a coaching plan and guides the client through a self-discovery process I have worked with and trained high performance teams and coached individuals to performing beyond their expectations. Partnering with Senior Executives and Board Members allowed me to witness the good, the bad and the ugly of maximizing employee performance and what I learned was invaluable.
